Decision Risk Analytics have moved into the attic of Bernstorff Palace in Bernstorff Park, Gentofte, about 15 minutes north of Copenhagen. Our office is in the old servant quarters, but a palace is a palace, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the views from our window are absolutely magnificent.
At the 4th Risk Forum at DTU in November, I argued that strategy that embraces uncertainty, and risk management that focuses - as all risk management ought - on decisions and objectives, are fundamentally the same thing. You can see my presentation here.
